Biography

A student of animation and visual effects, Ankur's interest in movie-making developed when he shot his first film with his mobile phone in 2007. It was a hit among his friends and family and he started taking the craft more seriously. In the coming months, he made several award winning short films for Filmaka India and few other successful short films and documentaries too. With passing time, his aptitude in animation and vfx grew and he ventured into animated and effects oriented short films as well which got equally good response. Ankur soon hopes to make a heavy sci-fi movie, which indeed is his favourite genre. He is also a big fan of movies which have a nice message.
