Thank you for your Lincoln MKS music video pitches! We are pouring over them now and will be selecting 10 to greenlight in early January! Greenlit pitches will each be funded with $7500 in production money, and given a week and a half to make their video. Out of these completed videos, five will be selected to win $5000 and could be aired as part of the CBS Television Network broadcast of the GRAMMY® AWARDS! Stay tuned to see which Filmaka members might be showcased during the biggest music awards shows on television!

MAKE A SHORT AND YOU COULD WIN A FEATURE
This is where the competition to direct your feature film begins! First you must enter and win one of our monthly themes. Our current theme is THE PARTY. All around the world, it's time to ring in the new year, celebrate the holidays, and see old friends and family. It's time to pull out the stops, put on your dancing shoes, find a band, and break out the champagne and streamers. Whatever type of party you're having, you have until January 12 to stage it, film it, and upload it to Filmaka. Ten to 20 films will win $500, plus funding for their next round of creative competition!

WINNERS FEATURED IN PRIMETIME
From over 400 scripts, 22 semi-finalists were chosen and given two weeks and $5000 to produce their films. Ten completed films were chosen as winners and showcased in 60-second spots that aired during Knight Rider, a primetime show on NBC. Millions of viewers across the United States were introduced to their work! Winners also recieved another $5000 cash. From those top ten, JONATHAN NEWMAN of London was chosen as our GRAND PRIZE WINNER . He appeared at the Los Angeles International Auto Show and will direct a film for the 2010 Mustang reveal.
